ObeCo accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover as payment for customers who wish to pay by credit card.

Samples

Samples and Customized Samples are available for OEM's upon request. To place a free sample order please contact your sales representative.

Purchasing

We will soon have the capability to take on-line retail or OEM orders. Retail prices will be posted soon, along with part numbers. OEM's contact division sales manager for pricing (Indiana residents will be charged state sales tax 7%).

Shipping and Handling

We prefer a two week lead time on any order. However, under special circumstances orders may be shipped sooner if we are notified directly. We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard UPS Ground (United Parcel Service)
• UPS Second Day (United Parcel Service)
• UPS Overnite (United Parcel Service)
• USPS (United States Postal Service)

Shipping prices are dependent upon the method, size, and distance the package is traveling.

Returns

ObeCo, Inc. product returns/exchanges can be completed by calling (574) 266-1809. Prioritizing your needs is paramount to a high level of customer satisfaction. Our customer service representatives will assist you with a appropriate corrective action. See Limited Warranty section below. Returns must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Limited Warranty

ObeCo Inc. warrants all products manufactured by ObeCo Inc. for a period of 90 days. If buyer discovers any warranty defects, Buyer must notify ObeCo Inc. thereof in writing during the applicable warranty period. All replacements or repairs necessitated by inadequate maintenance, normal wear and usage, or environmental conditions, accident, misuse, improper installation, modification, repair, use of unauthorized replacement parts, storage or handling, or any other cause not the fault of ObeCo Inc. are not covered by this limited warranty, and shall be at Buyer’s expense. ObeCo Inc. does not warranty products distributed but not manufactured by ObeCo Inc.

No Liability for Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE COMPANY’S AND ITS SUPPLIERS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE MATERIALS. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Your Rights Under State Law

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state-to-state.

The duration of any applicable implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty. Some states do ot allow limitations on how long and implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser from Obe Co, Inc. (Obe Co products installed by an OEM manufacturer will be considered under warranty from the original purchase date by the OEM manufacturer and will be extended to the Dealers contracted by the OEM manufacturer, and the consumer of the Dealer contracted by the OEM manufacturer).
